Australian public research university headquartered in Melbourne, Victoria, established in 1958 and a member of the Group of Eight, with campuses across Victoria and in Malaysia, Indonesia, India, China and Italy. Its Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences at Parkville is the oldest pharmacy school in Victoria and teaches Bachelor of Pharmacy, Master of Pharmacy and doctoral programmes, while the university carries out extensive drug discovery, formulation and clinical pharmacy research.
