Ecuadorian public university at Milagro in Guayas province, founded in 2001 out of an earlier extension of the University of Guayaquil and known for its large online provision. Teaches nursing, nutrition and dietetics, psychology and laboratory sciences alongside engineering, education, business and law, runs postgraduate master's programmes on campus and at a distance, and carries out research through its faculties and teaching laboratories.
