岗位职责：
1、全面负责企业采购战略的制定与执行，优化采购管理体系；
2、统筹各类物资及服务的采购工作，确保采购效率与成本控制目标达成；
3、主导供应商开发、评估与关系维护，建立稳定高效的供应链网络；
4、协调跨部门协作，对接需求部门，保障采购需求及时准确响应；
5、监控市场行情与供应风险，推动采购决策的数据化与规范化。
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，5年以上大健康原料，包材，辅料采购经验；
2、具备系统的采购管理知识，熟悉采购流程及相关法律法规；
3、具有较强的商务谈判能力和成本控制意识；
4、具备优秀的团队管理与组织协调能力，能高效推进多线程任务；
5、对供应链市场有敏锐洞察力，能够识别并应对供应风险；
6、具备良好的职业操守和责任心，能够在高压环境下保持高效工作。
