Description du poste

工作职责: 1.承接自研或技术转化的项目，负责相关项目的发酵工艺开发及工艺优化； 2.负责项目实验报告的记录归纳总结及汇报； 3.负责相关实验仪器和设备的管理和维护； 4.完成上级领导交办的其他事项。 岗位要求: 1.硕士及以上学历，生物工程、代谢工程、生物化工、发酵工程等相关专业； 2.具有大肠杆菌、谷氨酸棒状杆菌或酵母菌（酿酒酵母、毕赤酵母、解脂耶氏酵母等）等微生物发酵经验，具有大肠杆菌或毕赤酵母高密度发酵经验者优先； 3.熟练掌握尾气质谱分析等相关设备的操作，并具备相关数据分析的能力，指导发酵工艺优化，并为菌种开发团队提供相关的改造建议； 4.具有扎实的英文文献阅读和总结能力，发现问题、分析问题及解决问题的能力； 5.具有一定的抗压能力； 6.具有良好的沟通协调能力。
