岗位职责：
1、负责组织、开展招商工作；
2、负责所辖区域代理商的管理，与该地区主要代理商建立长期、稳定的合作关系，并负责该地区空白市场的开发工作；
3、了解招商政策，做好市场调研、分析及时反映市场动态信息；
4、拟定年度销售计划及回款目标，呈给相关负责报批及实施；
5、参与重大招商的谈判与合同签订；
6、负责经销商的管理与考核，激发和调动经销商的工作热情达成年度目标；
任职要求：
1、本科以上医药相关专业，有2年以上的销售或招商经验；
2、有医学营养产品（药品）招商工作者优先；
3、良好的人际沟通及演讲能力，良好的组织能力和执行力；
4、注重沟通与团队协作正直、诚信，有激情；
5、熟练使用office等办公软件，PPT制作。
