工作职责: 1.备案相关工作：包括推广服务商、终端及协议的备案、建档、真实性核查等工作。 2.商务服务工作： （1）负责区域的订单审核、资料申请审批、物流出库协调等发货相关工作，确保货物及时发出； （2）负责区域内的GSP公司应收账款核对、回款的核销、票折明细的核对、折扣发票申请流程的发起、票折金额中需推广服务商承担部分的扣除等； （3）协助驻地商务，完成年度框架协议的签订和回收存档工作； （4）协助财经中心与商务中心协同完成审计询证函、内部对账单的邮寄回收工作。 3.核算服务：负责推广服务商的费用核算及账目核对。 4.cso服务服务：负责CSO发票的上传及付款委托的录入审核、付款凭证的收集、登记、核对等工作。 5.流向服务：负责区域内流向的收集、整理、清洗、导入工作及不定时流向核查工作。 6.政策落实：依据年度营销价格政策，对负责区域内的备案价格进行监管工作，确保备案价格在政策范围内，特殊政策均有报告支持，存档备查。 任职资格: 1.全日制本科及以上学历，医药类、管理类、经济类等相关专业。 2.有医药行业从业经验，有商务、核算、自营等管理经验者优先。 3.了解医药流通全链条逻辑；熟练使用Excel等办公软件，有较强的数据处理能力和数字敏感性。 4.有较强的工作意愿，思维敏捷，积极好学，专业及经验可放宽。
