【工作内容】
1、负责制药生产全过程的文件审核与质量监控，确保批记录、SOP等文件符合GMP规范；
2、执行文件分发、回收、归档及版本控制管理，保证现场使用文件的准确性与时效性；
3、参与偏差调查与变更控制流程，对文件相关的质量风险进行识别并协助制定纠正措施；
4、定期开展文件体系自查工作，配合内外部审计，及时整改不符合项并完善档案管理制度。
【任职要求】
1、药学、生物工程或相关专业大专及以上学历，熟悉制药行业GMP法规及质量管理体系；
2、具备3年以上制药企业文件或QA/QC相关工作经验，掌握文件生命周期管理流程；
3、熟练使用Office办公软件，具备良好的文档编写能力及严谨的数据记录习惯；
4、工作原则性强，具有高度的责任心和保密意识，能适应快节奏的生产环境要求。
