I am a medical and scientific writer with experience spanning pharmacy academia, drug information practice, and medical communications. I hold an M.Pharm in Pharmacy Practice from NIPER Guwahati and am currently pursuing a part-time PhD at Annamalai University, researching vitamin B12 deficiency in type 2 diabetes patients on long-term metformin therapy. In my recent role as a Medical Writer at NIIT Learning Systems, I developed scientific and promotional content — including slide decks, CME modules, and MSL tools — across endocrinology and respiratory therapeutic areas, with hands-on experience in MLR workflows and Veeva PromoMats. Before transitioning to medical writing, I spent over eight years as an Assistant Professor and Drug Information Officer at pharmacy institutions in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
