The MCP series comprises automatic casepacker-palletizer monoblock machines, available in horizontal or vertical configurations, that take cartons from a motorized infeed conveyor, collate them, load them into cases, seal each case with non-overlapping self-adhesive tape, and palletize the finished cases. The monoblock unit combines a casepacker and a palletizer, with functions programmed and controlled via an industrial PC with color monitor and configuration/size memory. In the casepacker section, a long conveyor belt case magazine sits 450 mm off the floor, holding multiple stacks of flat cases along its length and one stack in the pick-up area, with cases picked from the top of the stack; incoming cartons are collated horizontally on a conveyor and transferred into the hopper by a pick-and-place unit that stacks them from bottom to top.
