Built from European-produced borosilicate glass 3.3 (with a certificate of glass composition for validation), with a 304L stainless-steel scaffold and 321 alloy-steel fasteners. Working volume ranges from 15 to 100 liters for jacketed vessels and up to 300 liters for unjacketed vessels, with any configuration possible and various PFA-coated steel stirring devices, plus a dry mechanical agitator seal and material composition certificates for product-contact parts. The unit can be automated with data recording and storage, and can be fitted with PTFE spray balls, a pH sensor, sampler, safety valve, rupture disc and vacuum-level controller. It operates from -40°C to +180°C and -0.98 to +0.5 bar, with explosion-proof electrical components (flameproof enclosure and intrinsically safe circuits).
