Recognised leader in pharmacy education and workforce development with experience across the NHS, further and higher education and professional regulation. Currently Pharmacy Workforce Lead for Joined‑Up Care Derbyshire (JUCD) and Associate Professor (Experiential Learning Lead) at De Montfort University. Completed a Doctorate in Clinical Education (EdD) at the University of Leeds, with research focused on pharmacy technicians’ experiences of peer discussion in revalidation. Active contributor to the profession through peer review for the International Journal of Pharmacy Practice (IJPP) and regulatory roles with the General Pharmaceutical Council (Revalidation Reviewer and Investigations Committee member) and appointed Vice President of the Association of Pharmacy Technicians UK (APTUK).
