Résumé professionnel
My research interests focus on metabolic and functional changes of immune cells in response to stress and aging. I have a broad background in transcriptional regulation, genomics, immunology, and metabolism. I have substantial experience in using high-throughput omics approaches to study how cytotoxic agents such as radiation affects T cell activation and differentiation, and to discover and develop biomarkers that reflect cellular or tissue functional alterations. Benefitting from the substantial experience in transcriptomics and bioinformatics, I adopted cutting-edge omics approaches such as single cell sequencing in my T cell functional study. I am an expert in the discovery and development of transcriptomic biomarkers for genotoxicity assessment. My combined expertise and experience provide essential skillsets that are required for the immunometabolism studies.
