Assistant lecturer

I am **Dr. Khadija Ahmed Mhrose Glal**, PhD in Clinical Pharmacy, and currently serve as a Lecturer of Clinical Pharmacy at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Tanta University, Egypt. My academic and research interests focus on clinical pharmacy, hepatology, therapeutics, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, drug interactions, and evidence-based medicine. I am passionate about conducting high-quality research that contributes to improving patient care and advancing pharmaceutical sciences through rigorous scientific methodologies and multidisciplinary collaboration. I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences with Excellent with Honors (GPA 4.0), ranking second among approximately 1,500 students, followed by a Postgraduate Certificate, a Master's degree, and a PhD in Clinical Pharmacy from Tanta University. Throughout my academic career, I have published peer-reviewed articles as first or corresponding author in international journals and have presented my research at international scientific conferences, including the United Conference of Hepatology, Gastroenterology and Infectious Diseases (UCHID). I have received several academic awards, including Best PhD Thesis Award in the Medical Sector at Tanta and the Best Thesis Award at UCHID, as well as multiple awards for academic excellence. I am also an active member of the Egyptian Pharmaceutical Society. In addition to my research activities, I serve as a peer reviewer for several international journals, including *Scientific Reports*, the *Journal of Hospital Pharmacy*, * Diagnostic Pathology*, *BMC Gastroenterology*, and *Inflammopharmacology*. My long-term research goal is to develop evidence-based therapeutic strategies that optimize patient outcomes, particularly in hepatology and clinical pharmacy. I am especially interested in clinical research, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, pharmacoepidemiology, and translational medicine. Professionally, I possess strong analytical, statistical, communication, leadership, mentoring, management, and problem-solving skills. My experience in teaching, supervising students, coordinating PharmD clinical rounds, and participating in quality assurance activities has strengthened my ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary academic and healthcare environments. Outside my professional life, I enjoy participating in community medical convoys, volunteering in charitable activities, mentoring pharmacy students, and continuously expanding my knowledge through scientific reading and professional development.
