I'm a postdoc researcher in Oncology area with particular focus on Proteomic approaches with the aim of identification of mollecular biomarkers for early diagnosis and prognosis in digestive cancer at the Institut Pasteur de Tunis in the frame of a mobidoc-postdoc mobility funded by the EMORI-EU project. Since i got my PhD on biology and biotechnology in 2013, i acquired a solid experience in the implementation of biomedical research project involving human participants and in the management of medical and personal data within such projects. Since that, i followed several trainings (RTC-WHO, International network of Pasteur instituts (RIIP)) and workshops in ethics and biomedical research, Implementation research, personal data management and informed consent forms. I got a good experience in ethics and biomedical research by advising several institutional projects and a Tunisian consortium on breast cancer (PEC-4-Tun). After obtaining a certification in coaching and training, i was recruited as an expert advisor and trainer in the framework of the IPT-Science shop, funded by the H2020 InSPIRES project, and i'm in charge of the ethical aspects of science & society projects involving CSOs partners as well as scientific protocol design and provide trainings on ethics for the projects PIs and CSOs partners. Currently, I am working as project manager and Ethics advisor for the EU-H2020 STAMINA project in the National observatory of New and Emergent diseases (ONMNE) in Tunis.
