Assistant Professor, Lead of Regulatory Systems Strengthening

Dr. Tan-Koi leads international regulatory systems strengthening initiatives in vaccine and diagnostics regulation under projects commissioned by the Asian Development Bank and the Gates Foundation. She has served as faculty for the ASEAN Vaccine Security and Self-Reliance capacity building programme and the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Pharmacovigilance Centre of Excellence Pilot Programme. With over 20 years of experience across healthcare institution, national regulatory agency as well as international consulting and technical assistance projects, Dr. Tan-Koi focuses on policy innovation and regulatory science to advance equitable access to safe, effective and quality-assured biomedical innovations.
