Prolonged urine retention and excessive fluid restriction can place stress on the bladder and overall health. Pharmacist Kim Yoon‑kyung of Tree Pharmacy advises visitors to familiarize themselves with restroom locations in advance and to drink water in small, regular amounts rather than postponing bathroom trips.
