Philips MR Systems Export Incorrect Diffusion Directions in Enhanced DICOM DTI Scans

When exporting diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) scans from a Philips MR system using the Enhanced MR DICOM format, the exported files contain incorrect diffusion direction data. If these files are used with third‑party tractography software, the software cannot correctly process the DTI data for nerve fiber pathway reconstruction.
