Chinese national university in Hefei in Anhui province, founded in 1945 and under the ministry of education, with campuses in Hefei and Xuancheng. Teaches through its school of food and biological engineering, its school of chemistry and chemical engineering and its school of medical engineering, awarding degrees in pharmaceutical engineering, biological engineering, food science and biomedical engineering alongside its large engineering and management schools, and carries out research in food and drug analysis, biomaterials and medical devices.
