Rwandan private higher education institute at Musanze, formerly Ruhengeri, in the Northern Province, founded in 2003 by the Catholic diocese and accredited as an institute of applied sciences. Teaches through faculties of applied fundamental sciences with biotechnologies, biomedical laboratory sciences and mathematics, applied sciences with civil, surveying and computer engineering, economics and social sciences and education, and runs its own laboratories with applied research and community projects in health and environment.
