Caribbean medical school at Vieux Fort in Saint Lucia, founded in 2003, which teaches the doctor of medicine degree mainly to students from the United States, Canada and other countries. Runs basic science teaching on its Saint Lucia campus followed by clinical rotations in affiliated teaching hospitals in the United States and the United Kingdom, together with a premedical programme, and its graduates sit the United States medical licensing examinations.
