Saudi public university at Najran in the south west of the kingdom near the Yemeni border, founded in 2006. Teaches through its colleges of medicine, pharmacy, applied medical sciences, dentistry and nursing, together with science, engineering, education and business, runs postgraduate programmes, and carries out research in pharmaceutical sciences, medicinal plants of the region and clinical subjects with its own laboratories and research centres.
