Saudi public university with its head office at Shaqra in the Riyadh region, founded in 2009 and working across colleges in about a dozen towns of the region. Teaches through its colleges of medicine, pharmacy, applied medical sciences, dentistry and nursing alongside science, engineering, education and business, runs postgraduate programmes, and carries out research in pharmaceutical sciences, medicinal plants and clinical subjects with its own teaching and research laboratories.
