British maker of sealants, adhesives and building chemicals at Leeds in Yorkshire, founded in 1975 as Everbuild Building Products and bought by the Swiss group Sika in 2013. Makes silicone and polyurethane sealants, adhesives, fillers, waterproofing products and hand cleaners for the building trade, supplies them through merchants across Britain and now trades as part of Sika's British distribution business.
