GSK will pay $110 million upfront and could invest up to $1.295 billion to secure worldwide rights (excluding China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan) to Hutchmed’s preclinical KRAS‑EGFR ADC, HMPL‑A830, slated for clinical trials later this year.
