HLB's US subsidiary Eleva Therapeutics announced that the age‑subgroup analysis of the global Phase 3 CARES‑310 trial in unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (uHCC) demonstrated consistent treatment effect of the riboceranib plus camrelizumab combination regardless of patient age.
The poster will be presented at the International Liver Cancer Association (ILCA) 2026 annual scientific meeting in Brussels, Belgium, from 3–5 July. In patients younger than 50 years, the combination yielded a median overall survival (mOS) of 21.5 months versus 15.2 months for the sorafenib arm.
These results suggest the riboceranib‑camrelizumab regimen may provide an age‑independent survival advantage for uHCC patients, pending further regulatory review.
