職務内容
岗位职责:
1、负责指定区域内药品的推广与销售工作，完成公司下达的销售目标。
2、定期拜访医疗机构、医生及相关专业人士，传递产品信息，收集临床反馈。
3、组织并参与学术推广活动，提升产品在目标市场的专业认知度。
4、及时掌握市场动态和竞争对手信息，制定相应的市场应对策略。
5、维护良好的客户关系，确保客户对公司及产品的持续认可与支持。
6、按照公司合规要求开展业务活动，确保所有推广行为符合行业规范与法律法规。
任职资格:
1、大专及以上学历，医药、生物、化学或相关专业背景优先。
2、具备1年以上医药销售或推广相关工作经验，有外企或大型制药企业从业经历者优先。
3、熟悉本地区医疗市场环境，具备一定的客户资源和市场开拓能力。
4、具备良好的沟通表达能力、学习能力和团队协作精神。
5、能熟练使用办公软件，具备较强的计划执行与时间管理能力。
6、认同公司价值观，遵守职业道德，无不良从业记录。
