職務内容
【岗位职责】
1、负责管理所辖城市或区域蔓迪产品零售业务，制定地区客户业务合作计划；
2、定期拜访KA连锁药店总部开发，覆盖，上量，确保客户有效联系和销售目标的实现；
3、围绕业务主题开展店员培训和现场活动，改善蔓迪产品在终端的陈列表现和体验效果；
4、运用公司提供的业务系统或服务设备，保证公司市场策略的落地执行和信息传达反馈。
【任职要求】
1、本科及以上学历，医学、药学或营销类专业；
2、掌握业务沟通技巧，具有良好的团队协作及进取精神，能适应出差和外勤工作环境；
3、积极主动参与工作&一定的独立思考能力，责任心强；
4、有KA从业经验，熟悉当地连锁或终端门店为佳，优秀应届生亦可考虑；
5、一年以上医药行业销售经验，零售、商务渠道背景及熟悉岗位所在地连锁总部及医药公司的优先考虑。
