自己紹介

I am a senior professional with extended experience in pharmaceutical industry drug discovery. My expertise stands in preclinical development and translational sciences, bringing new drugs from bench to bedside. I have conduced R&D programs in different therapeutic domains, from early discovery up to entry entry in clinical development. My skills are: - Management of R&D with a collaborative and open innovation mindset. Team leadership and Transverse management. - R&D portfolio strategy. Systematic integration from early stage R&D of all aspects of pharmaceutical developments : medical need, patient pathway and market potential, scientific feasibility, safety, clinical development plan, regulatory pathway, intellectual property… - Expertise from early stage preclinical to translational sciences to generate innovation in healthcare. Deep understanding of diseases pathophysiology and molecular underlying mechanisms in different fields (neurology, diabetes and metabolism, respiratory diseases, emergency conditions, inflammation, infectious diseases…), that I apply for precise characterisation of drug mechanisms of action, biomarker identification, safety considerations, communication materials… - Non clinical pharmaceutical developments plans design (efficacy, pharmacokinetics, safety and toxicity, translation to clinical phases). Negotiations and validation of development plans in early interactions with health authorities. Medical writing of non clinical modules for marketing authorizations files, IND…
