自己紹介

Ikram Zoukh is a passionate clinical pharmacy and practice researcher and PhD candidate in Clinical and Population Health at Qatar University. Holding both a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BSc Pharm) from Qatar University, Ikram has amassed extensive experience in clinical research, pharmacy education, and healthcare interventions. As a Clinical Research Assistant and Project Manager, Ikram has contributed to multiple research initiatives funded by prestigious institutions, including Qatar University and Hamad Medical Corporation. She has secured competitive research grants, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on projects aimed at improving healthcare outcomes. Notably, she has been involved in the development and implementation of various pharmacist-led interventions addressing therapeutic inertia, deprescribing, and capacity building in complex healthcare settings. Ikram’s scholarly contributions include peer-reviewed publications, book chapters, and presentations at international and regional conferences. Beyond research, Ikram has mentored students, hosted workshops and led interprofessional education sessions focusing on therapeutic inertia, systematic reviews, deprescribing, patient-centered care, evidence-based interventions, and pharmacy education reform. She holds a membership in the European Society of Clinical Pharmacy (ESCP) and have received numerous awards recognizing academic excellence and professional contributions such as Qatar University Annual Research Forum & Exhibition (QUARFE20) Visualization Award in 2020.
