A Genomic Data Analyst at Biodesign Innovation Labs, Bengaluru, specializing in bioinformatics, genomics, multi-omics data integration, and AI-driven biomedical research. I hold an MSc in Biotechnology and an Advanced Diploma in Bioinformatics. My Research focuses on Multi-omics Integration, next-generation sequencing (NGS), single-cell and spatial transcriptomics, variant discovery, biomarker identification, machine learning, and computational drug discovery. I have developed automated pipelines for RNA-seq, whole-exome sequencing, whole-genome sequencing, and multi-omics analyses using R and Python. His work integrates genomic, transcriptomic, and clinical datasets to identify disease biomarkers, therapeutic targets, and precision medicine strategies. I have also contributed to AI-based drug response prediction and de novo drug design workflows. My publication includes research on lung cancer classification using machine learning, published in the journal Next Research (Elsevier).
