7-amino -4-methyl coumarin

7-Amino-4-methylcoumarin (CAS 26093-31-2, molecular formula C10H9NO2) is a fluorescent dye manufactured directly by Jinan Honest Pharm Co., Ltd. to chemical grade and Chinese Pharmacopoeia standards. It exhibits blue fluorescence under UV light and is widely used as a biomarker, fluorescent probe and enzyme substrate in biochemistry and molecular biology, particularly for detecting protease and phosphatase activity, and is also used in dye and optical-material synthesis; it should be stored away from light in a dry, room-temperature environment. It is sold into North and South America, Western Europe, Australasia, Asia and the Middle East.
