The Abiobag Single-Use Bioreactor Bag is manufactured directly by Applitech Biological Technology Co., Ltd. as part of its AbioSUS single-use bioreactor system, engineered with the same aspect ratio and impeller positioning as conventional stirred-tank bioreactors to ensure consistent performance and seamless scale-up from R&D to manufacturing. It supports both fed-batch and intensified perfusion cell culture, is manufactured from well-established Renolite 9101 film with extensive customization of tubing and probe configurations, and undergoes strict quality control including a pressure-hold integrity test on every bag.
