Cagrilintide (CAS 1415456-99-3) is a novel long-acting acylated amylin analog manufactured directly by Nanjing Cellnuo Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. at pharmaceutical grade with purity above 98.0%. It is a cyclic 38-amino-acid polypeptide with a disulfide bond that acts as a non-selective agonist of the amylin receptor (AMYR) and calcitonin receptor (CTR), shown to reduce food intake and body weight in obesity research, and is distributed to Central/South America, Western and Eastern Europe, Australasia, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
