Founded in March 2020 as Shisenhai (Hangzhou) Pharmaceutical Technology and rebranded under the SSH trademark in 2021, SSH (Hangzhou) Pharmaceutical obtained its Drug Manufacturing License and MAH qualification in 2023 and launched China's first generic vancomycin hydrochloride capsule (Wan Tuoxin) in July 2024. The company manufactures and exports APIs and finished dosage forms including ceftazidime and avibactam sodium for injection, sodium zirconium cyclosilicate, durlobactam, estetrol (E4), and tolvaptan sodium phosphate, with sodium zirconium cyclosilicate raw material and formulation gaining approval in 2025 alongside the company's first innovative-drug compound patent. Offering CRO, CMO, and CDMO contract services, the company serves customers across North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Australasia.
