Scleroglucan

Scleroglucan is a microbial polysaccharide manufactured directly by Shaanxi Yuantai Biological Technology Co., Ltd. to food grade and Indian Pharmacopoeia (IP) standards, synthesized by fermentation of Sclerotium-type filamentous fungi. It forms a highly stable, non-Newtonian aqueous solution and is used as a thickener, emulsifier, and stabilizer in foods and beverages, as a controlled-release agent in pharmaceutical formulations, and in cosmetics and oilfield drilling fluids. It is distributed across North and Central/South America, Western and Eastern Europe, Australasia, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
