Derived from ginseng root or stem/leaves, it contains 18 ginseng saponin monomers, soluble in 80°C water and readily soluble in ethanol. It is mainly used for coronary heart disease, angina, bradycardia, high-rate arrhythmia, ventricular premature beats, blood pressure disorders, neurasthenia, menopausal syndrome, excessive fatigue, and postpartum or postoperative weakness; long-term use may extend lifespan and boost physical strength, and it can help restore immune function lowered by radiotherapy or chemotherapy in cancer patients. It also aids resistance to cold and heat stress, and can boost surface cell vitality and counter aging.
