This conventionally designed screen-type Mikro Pulverizer offers advantages across various applications. A built-in water circulation jacket keeps grinding temperature lower than it would otherwise be, and the design allows extra air intake during grinding for cooler operation. Soft to medium-hard materials are quickly reduced to fine powder, with improved mixing and dispersion as added benefits. Also known as a high-speed, close-tolerance hammer mill, it grinds uniformly fed material through attrition between the liner plate and hammer tips, impact from high-speed hammers, and particle-to-particle collision, with a bottom sieve controlling final particle size.
