PW and WFI storage tanks are manufactured to cGMP and ASME VIII Div. 1 standards, available in plain, jacketed or limpet configurations with rockwool/glasswool insulation and AISI 304 stainless steel cladding, with optional electric heating. Sanitary flush-flange process nozzles and riboflavin-tested cleanability ensure reliable operation. The PLC-based, fully automated plant complies with 21 CFR Part 11 and GAMP 5; fully drainable sanitary pumps maintain minimum 1.2 m/s return-line velocity at peak load, with duty/standby pump pairs provided.
