Taltirelin (CAS 103300-74-9, formula C17H31N7O9, molar mass 477.46 g/mol, sequence 1-methyl-4,5-dihydroorotyl-His-Pro-NH2, density 1.447 g/cm3) is supplied frozen at -20°C in 1 g, 10 g or 50 g bottles, or in custom pack sizes on request. It replicates the physiological effects of TRH but with a considerably longer half-life and duration of action, and shows little tendency toward tolerance with extended dosing. Reported effects include nootropic, neuroprotective and analgesic activity.
