Dr. Ajay K. Kushwaha is a medicinal and synthetic chemist with expertise in small-molecule drug discovery and process chemistry. He completed his PhD in Medicinal Chemistry, developing novel compounds for tuberculosis, malaria, filariasis, and diabetes, integrating SAR studies and biological evaluation (MIC, IC₅₀, CC₅₀). His experience includes heterocyclic synthesis and physicochemical optimization. He also worked on water-soluble catalysts for sustainable methodologies. Currently, he works in process chemistry at TAPI API India Limited, focusing on route optimization, scale-up, and industrial API development.
