Senior Lecturer

I am a dental academic and pharmacology educator with an MPhil in Pharmacology from Sohail University, Karachi . I am currently working as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Pharmacology at a dental college, where I am involved in undergraduate teaching, curriculum development, and assessment for Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) students. My research interests include osteoporosis and anti-osteoporotic therapies, drug safety, pharmacovigilance, dental education, e-learning and student engagement, mental health among medical and dental students, and public health–related issues such as tobacco use and preventive care. I am particularly interested in interdisciplinary research linking pharmacology with dentistry and evidence-based clinical practice. I actively participate in academic research, publication, and faculty development, with a commitment to improving teaching methodologies, promoting ethical research practices, and contributing to healthcare education and patient-centered outcomes.
