Adjunct Lecturer

Hi, my name is Ashef Ameer. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Toxicology and a Master of Science in Forensic Toxicology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, where I serve as an Adjunct Lecturer, teaching Techniques of Analytical Toxicology, with an emphasis on instrumental analysis, advanced detection methods, and quality control in forensic and clinical toxicology. I am also a Ph.D student in the Toxicology program at St. John’s University, with research interests in analytical method development and trace-level detection of compounds in biological matrices. Previously, I worked at Navis Clinical Laboratories as an analytical toxicologist, contributing to laboratory confirmations, instrumentation troubleshooting, and method validation.
