Teaching Assistant

In, 2013, I received my bachelor’s degree (B.S.Pharm) in pharmaceutical science at Jordan University of Health Sciences at Irbid, Joran. in 2014, I began my career in Academia at University of Hail (UOH), Collage of Pharmacy at Hail, Saudi Arabia. In 2015, I granted a scholarship to pursue my higher education and training in the United States (U.S.). In 2019, I graduated with a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) at Western University of Health Sciences, College of Pharmacy, Pomona, CA. After I obtained my PharmD degree, I completed one-year post-graduate Ambulatory care focus pharmacy residency training at University of Arizona Collage of Pharmacy/El Rio Health, Tucson, Arizona. During my residency, I gained the knowledge and the experiences in chronic diseases managements including diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, and anticoagulation. Additionally, I had excellent experience in all levels of dispensing and advice for community pharmacy customers. In 2020, I returned to work at UOH, Collage of Pharmacy where my job is to teach and train pharmacy students. I personally enjoy having hands on experience since I learned better when I implement and apply what I learned in the classroom in my clinical practice. Thus, I want to provide other students the experiences I have had in my clinical practice. Assisting students in getting closer to achieving their career goals give me satisfaction in knowing I can impact students’ academic progress.
