Dr. Kapil Vyas is a highly accomplished Quality Control and Quality Assurance professional with over 14 years of extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. His expertise spans quality management systems, regulatory compliance, analytical method validation, and laboratory management, making him a distinguished leader in the field. Currently serving as Sr. Manager–Quality at Hikal Limited (Crop, Speciality Chemical and Personnel Care Division, Panoli), Dr. Vyas leads site quality operations across QA and QC functions. He is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing quality events, conducting investigations, developing quality policies, and driving cost-saving initiatives. His leadership has been pivotal in enhancing supply chain performance, setting up new laboratories, and streamlining processes for product quality assurance. Previously, he held senior positions at Aarti Industries Limited, Symbiotec Pharmalab Pvt. Ltd., and Ranbaxy/Sun Pharma, where he managed analytical validation, regulatory audits, laboratory set-up, and team development. His early career also included teaching roles in science and mathematics, as well as industry exposure as a territory manager at VHB Life Sciences. Dr. Vyas has a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV), Indore, where his doctoral research focused on the synthesis, structural studies, and antimicrobial activity of therapeutically significant Mannich bases. He also holds an MBA in Human Resources & Organizational Development, an M.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, and a B.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, along with specialized training in Molecular Modeling and Drug Designing. A dedicated researcher, Dr. Vyas has published 10 research papers in reputed national and international journals and has presented over 15 papers at conferences worldwide. He has actively contributed to seminars and workshops on pharmaceutical sciences, chemical sciences, and quality systems. Beyond his professional and academic achievements, Dr. Vyas is also active in extracurricular pursuits. He has represented his district in chess and competed at the state level in Taekwondo, showcasing his versatility and dedication to excellence both inside and outside his profession. With his strong technical acumen, leadership skills, and commitment to quality, Dr. Kapil Vyas continues to play a key role in advancing pharmaceutical quality systems and fostering innovation in the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors
