職務要約
I am Manisha Aluka, a passionate researcher and academic with a strong foundation in Pharmaceutical Sciences, holding a Bachelor of Pharmacy and Master of Pharmacy in Pharmaceutical Analysis from India. With over three years of professional experience as a Healthcare Process Analyst, I have developed a keen interest in applying analytical and pharmacovigilance tools to improve public healthcare.
My research focuses on developing inclusive, patient-centered pharmacovigilance and analytical frameworks to enhance the safety, quality, and accessibility of medications, particularly for cardiovascular and neurological diseases in underserved and socially vulnerable populations. My goal is to address real-world challenges in drug safety monitoring, drug-drug interaction detection, and adverse event reporting—especially in low-income and public healthcare settings.
Currently preparing for my doctoral journey in Pharmaceutical Sciences (Analytical & Drug Safety) in Canada, I aim to bridge the gap between science and equitable healthcare by combining evidence-based research, regulatory insights, and digital tools to make drug therapies safer and more accessible for everyone, regardless of their socioeconomic status or disability.
I am also the creator of an online Inclusive Healthcare Awareness Series, where I raise awareness on how people with disabilities, older adults, and marginalized communities can manage their health independently and access emergency care with dignity and support.
