Lead PCNs Senior Clinical Pharmacist Facilitator

An academic practitioner, working as both a Pharmacist across general practice and a Senior Lecturer at university, with a focus on student and staff wellbeing and continued development. An enthusiastic UK registered Senior Pharmacist and a non-medical Independent Prescriber, with over 15 years of managerial experience in the pharmacy field. With clinical experience across numerous specialties, a lead for organisational learning and development. Experienced in establishing services, integration of good practice, education, delivering budgets, staff management and providing quality care. Keen to support academia and research within learning environments. An emerging researcher with interest in showcasing the impact of pharmacy services in general practice and enchancing healthcare awareness through community connection. This is showcased with my active research with the community Barbershop Blood Pressure research project.
