Peter Aziba, hold a Doctorate degree 1994 from university of Ibadan Nigeria.I have been involved in Teaching and Research in pharmacology, particularly of smooth muscles (vascular and nonvascular tissues,using the Traditional Organbath invitro method, to elucidate mechanism of action of some autonomic drugs interactions with excitable cells.I have published in this area sine 1990 to date.My Research accomplishment enabled me to work in more developed laboratory, especialy with Late Professor Vanhoutte in Hong kong university (2015).Between 2004-2008 I worked as a Senior Research Fellow in university of Swaziland now Eswatini in Southern Africa which enable me to do some work with potential medicinal plants via ethnopharmacology approach.I am a Fellow of Royal Society of Biology,Fellow Nigeria Institute of Science Technology,A member British Pharmacological Society,Member AmericanSociety of experimental Pharmcology, Member South Africa Society of basic and Clinical pharmacology.I have attended and presented papers at numerous conferences and workshops in Uk,USA Denmark, SouthAfrica, Kenya, Ghana etc.I was amember of IuPhar Education Committee on IOSP. I have worked six universities three within and three outside three universities in Nigeria but currently in Igbinedion University,Okada.I am a Professor of Smoothmuscle pharmacology/Inflammation.
