Raj Kumar Mandal, B.Pharm (2023-26), D.Pharm, is a dedicated UG Scholar* in the Department of Pharmacy at ISF College of Pharmacy, Moga, Punjab, India. This institution is recognized as one of the country's  and global premier centers for Pharmaceutical Education and Research. Mr. Mandal had started his journey towards Novel Health Care profession i.e. " Pharmacy " from 2021 and continuously doing a d gaining expertise in the same. ⦿ 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗢𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 : As a dedicated pharmacy professional, Mr. Mandal aim to contribute to the advancement of healthcare by leveraging his knowledge in pharmaceutical sciences, and research. His objective is to work in a dynamic environment that fosters growth and innovation, where he can apply his skills to ensure optimal target drug delivery, improve drug formulation, and stay at the forefront of emerging trends in pharmacy and healthcare. Passionate about exploring advanced drug delivery technologies, such as targeted delivery, controlled release systems, and oral bioavailability enhancement. Specialized in the development and application of nanocarriers for drug delivery. Expertise includes nanoparticle formulation, characterization, and optimization for improving therapeutic outcomes. Skilled in designing nanocarrier-based systems for targeted and sustained drug delivery, enhancing drug solubility and stability, and reducing side effects in treatment protocols.
