Dr. C. Sadak Vali is a professor and principal at the Madhavrao Patil College of Pharmacy, Maharastra, where he has been since 2025. From 2011 to 2013, he served as an assistant professor at KVSR College of Pharmacy, Kurnool. From 2014 to 2018, he served as an associate professor at Nirmala College of Pharmacy, Kadapa. During 2019-2020 he served as Associate Professor at Avanthi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Hyderabad. During 2021-2024 he served as associate professor and vice principal at Browns College of Pharmacy, Khammam, Telangana. He received a doctorate in pharmaceutical sciences from Sunrise University, Alwar, India, in September 2018. He received a master's degree in pharmaceutical sciences from Vels College of Pharmacy, Chennai, affiliated with The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. University, in 2010. He received a bachelor’s degree from Nirmala College of Pharmacy, affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. His research interests are in the formulation and evaluation of pharmaceutical dosage forms. Much of his work has improved the understanding, design, development, and characterization of press-coated pulsatile release tablets. In the dosage development and evaluation arena, he has worked on characterizing the various drug delivery systems. He has explored the presence and implications of multiple excipients in the fabrications of drug delivery systems. He has also investigated the impact of the concentration of inactive excipients on the dosage form. In addition, he has made numerous contributions to the pharma society. He has focused on the fabrication and characterization of pulsatile drug delivery systems. Professor Sadak Vali is the author of over 30 research papers on formulation development and evaluation. As of 2022, Google Scholar reports numerous citations to his work. He has given numerous invited talks and tutorials and is a founder of and consultant to various companies. Between 2010 and 2025, Prof. Sadak was a member of the editorial board of various journals. He is a past editor for the Journal of Pharmacy. He is a lifetime member of APTI and PCI. He received the “Best Faculty Award” in the two-week Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Recent Innovations in Unit Operations of Pharmaceutical Industries” organized by “The Department of Chemical Engineering,” JNTUACE, Ananthapuramu, on 02-12-2017. He carried out practical sessions for students with a clear explanation of the purpose of the experiment. He has good knowledge of the internal administrative tasks performed in the institution. He has solid experience in teaching, conducting research & investigations, writing reports, and guiding and supervising students. He arranged industrial visits to Aurobindo, Clinisync CRO, and Gland Pharma during his tenure. He has planned and organized online classes, webinars, motivational programs, seminars, workshops, career growth programs, and various events in institutions. He participated in several national and international conferences and presented research papers at national conferences and international national conferences. He was selected as the best evaluator at the “International Conference on Development in Pharmaceutical Sciences”, ICDPS, organized by “Scient Institute of Pharmacy,” Hyderabad, Telangana. He participated in the National Conference on “Pharmaceutical Industry Overview and Expectations” conducted by MNR College of Pharmacy in February 2019. He is dedicated to providing the best education with a strong sense of responsibility. He is self-motivated with planning and organizational skills. He has deep knowledge of the subject and the latest technological advances in pharmacy. He served as an examiner for many scientific and poster sessions in national-level seminars conducted by different pharmacy colleges, and he gave guest lectures in various pharmacy colleges. He is an expert in establishing new pharmacy labs and colleges. He served as a paper setter for PG and UG examinations in JNTUA, JNTUH, and KU universities. He was invited as a guest speaker in UGC orientation programs & workshops.a
