TPA induced ear edema model. 5. Established excision wound healing model in rats and evaluation of wound healing activity. 6. Nociceptive pain models viz. hot Plate, tail flick, tail immersion, formalin-induced paw licking test and acetic acid induced writhing test 7. Incision and excision wound healing rodent models Cardiovascular and hypertension 1. Doxorubicin induced acute and chronic cardiotoxicity in rats 2. Determine the efficacy of test compounds in hypertensive diseased conditions. 3. Anti-arrhythmic activity of test compounds on ouabain-induced arrhythmia in guinea pigs. 4. Cardio-protective activity of test compounds on isoprenaline induced myocardial infarction in mice. 5.
